1. The staff as mentioned were excellent, and that includes all staff from the porters to the bar staff to the concierge, all very helpful and accommodating.

5. We also had my 9 foot surfboard which the valets stored for me with no problems at all- they were so accommodating even while super busy (we took a lot of time between the baby seat and dog.
