7. The linens and towels are very nice quality, however the pillows are synthetic and very spongy - if you are used to down pillows, you may wake up with a neck-ache like I did every morning.

8. The first room I was given upon checking in, I did not like because the bedroom window was right next to the highway, with a view of a part of the hotel's roof on the third floor.
