1. When I complained about the parking, the front desk gave me a designated parking space by the side of the hotel which is not that big either.

3. (That was a big turn-off to me)I found the air in my room to be stale smelling; almost as though someone had smoked in the room some time before and the smell never quite cleared (there isn't a way to crack a window for fresh air).
