3. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, I was immediately greeted/acknowledged by the front desk clerk (wish I'd paid more attention to her nam) who was very friendly.

4. We found the servers in the dining room to be very attentive, quickly offering us coffee as we were sitting down, clearing our plates as needed, and offering refills on OJ.

5. Sadly I don't think we would return to the Bay Club unless there was a general smartening up throughout and maybe a change in how it is run with much more attention to detail.
