3. There was no notice, nothing and when I asked for a general manager to discuss, I was greeted by a rude loss prevention person (Adam George) and a third rate bar assistant manager (Andrew Scott) who treated me like a criminal as opposed to a frequent guest of a Marriott Hotel.

9. I felt this was a very generous upgrade as the concierge floor guests get free breakfast and snacks and coffee all day and a nice lounge to hang out in.

10. Extra comfy bed and pillow, basically identical to the Westin Heavenly Bed, a large L-shaped desk for business, generous sitting area, elegantly appointed bathroom with granite counter, nicely tiled floor, marble-like paneling, comfy towels, generous amenities.
