8. If you want to experience downtown San Diego, catch a Padres game, attend an event at the San Diego Convention Center, or visit some of San Diego's big attractions then this is a great place to stay.

10. The gym is on the 22nd floor and is much better than most Marriott gyms (more equipment and better space) - with individual flat screens for the aerobic equipment as well as nice big windows if you prefer to look at the cityscape rather than watch tv while you work out.
