1. (We'd heard they cater from the HGI next door but I'm not so sure) If you have business in the area, it's a good base to stay, but the lack of WIFI in the rooms seems positively 19th century.

6. This property is very well run, with gracious and helpful front desk staff, maid service that does a great job and is highly responsive to requests, and a breakfast buffet staff that makes the free, hot breakfast a very positive experience regardless of the mess guests can cause.
