9. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, the breakfast buffet was great and pleased 7 different appetites (we were never in the hotel for the evening meal) and every single staff member we encountered was an absolute delight.

10. I was pleased that the manager was willing to do anything and when we checked in, he was actually there and immediately said they were aware of the issue and no questions asked gave us the tickets and the coupons for the free in-room movies.
