1. She explained to me about the hotel being historic but that it was stil beautiful and that the goal of all the employees was to make sure we were happy.

9. We inquired about the locations of some local restaurants and the front desk agent didnt know, but the manager on duty was called and was more than happy to print off some maps and show us the way, good first impression.

10. As the title says, our room (on the 7th floor facing the pool) was the victim of exterior noise I can say that apparently the trains that run through San Antonio are doing a lot of business and the engineers appear to be horn happy.
