1. Be careful because our room though well appointed and very nice was by the elevators and they were loud till 1130 and started up again at 7.

3. It started with Jan that took care of our room reservation, then all the gals at the front desk, the concierge guys that gave us directions and took care of our bags and the great ladies that kept our rooms clean and sparkly.

6. Yes, the bathroom is not very large w/a wide pedestal sink and big tub but the water came out hot with great pressure and that's all I care about--that and a comfortable bed.
