3. This hotel is 6 stories tall and made of concrete so it is quiet, no foot steps can be heard from the rooms above, not like a wood framed building that you hear every step from above.

8. The hotel was rather quiet for being near Interstate-35 and from our room we had a great view of the city skyline (minus the interstate in the way, but not a big deal).
