1. On the positive side, I did like the free parking, the friendliness of the staff and our overall stay.

3. I had read many of the Tripadvisor reviews prior to my stay and while I had many positive experiences, a number of the reviews seem a bit contrived (too many staff named in the reviews, honestly, I can't remember any of the staff's names to put them in a review.

8. We stay in a lot of high and middle level hotels and resorts and this is one of the best because of a well-trained staff and an overall positive group of people.

9. On the positives: Clean rooms and property, nice views, kids enjoyed the kids club and we were pleased they were active - not watching videos, great 'service express' at the push of a button, decent golf facilities, full Starbucks on-site.
