3. Great swimming pool area, I was there in the winter and some pools remained open as they are heated and they had a tiny ice skating facility, which is a big hit for the kids.

The golf courses were outstanding, the restaurants were good, but the service in the hotel (valet, bellman, housekeeping, front desk, check out) was so erratic and disappointing that I ended up sending an email to the hotel saying that overall it was a big disappointment and we were really sad that such a beautiful property had such below average service.
