1. We had a few issues with the hotel room coffee pot not working and getting new coffee each morning, but the pool was great and the kids had a great time.

6. The front desk told me that the hotel was just purchased and everyone working there was new did know what they were doing.

7. The airlines wouldnt even help me with standby flights when we missed our plane either and our car had broke down on the way there I had to repay for everyones flight with a new airline, and only 1 standby worked out.

8. i was stradling the stairs and my toddler was already fearful of being in a new place, would scream as I made my way to the stairs to check on the 4yr old who wouldn`t have anything to do with the `baby` pool.

Dates of Travel: Fri-Sun Sept 21-23, 2007Room Category: One Bedroom SuiteCompanions: Me (40), Husband (38), Son (4), Son (2)Purpose of Trip: Visit Sea World on 1st Family VacationHometown: D/FW - 6 hour (incl break) car rideReserved via Sea World official booking websitePros:- Staff very friendly and helpful- Large, well appointed rooms, interior entrances- Good breakfast buffet- Lots of activities for kids [pool, small climbing/slide structure, s`mores and movie in courtyard at night, Nintendo game rentals in room, TV hookups for DVD players]- Fantastic shuttle service to Sea World- friendly driversCons:- Pools are split level - family pool and toddler pool are on different levels and one cannot see both at same time- Not as clean as it should be [hallways were stained, found wine cork & receipt dated 1 week ago in newly checked-in room floor]Our experience:Loved the room - a one bedroom suite: on entrance had a wet bar with glass shelving housing real glasses, marble counter with small 4 cup coffee maker, small sink, underneather was cabinet and small frige with tiny freezer section.

10. First room was tiny, bright light shined in room all night and view of pig lot, but moved to new room.
