1. The bathtub was not as it was advertised on Hilton's site, and the "Resort" status was generous.

2. generally speaking I would give this hotel high marks because they made an effort to overcome their short comings on the first day and they are set up to handle a lot of kids.

4. In general, the staff did not reach out to be helpful and seemed to be in their own world of talking to each other and gossiping (many high school kids and college age kids).
