4. Worse part when we checked out early knowing we were forfeiting our money for the Sturday night stay, they didnt even ask why we were leaving early, there care for their guests was non existant.

9. There are 2 'shops` on premises - a small gift shop about the size of one you would find in a hospital had some stuff (didn`t look - didn`t care :) and another snack shop (where you catch the shuttle) which was a small starbucks with a couple of tables and overpriced single serving sized snacks and beverages - no beer.

10. Housekeeping was great at taking care of the toddler crumbs left behind and was very happy with the cleaning job they did though the couch and floor could use a good steam clean and the patio could use a good sweeping.
