3. The first night it was too hot because the AC had vent had apparently been closed, and the reason why was obvious - once the room cooled down, it didn't stop cooling.

6. I had been warned BUT - the front desk staff was quick acting, maintenance folks resolved the issue and hot water was restored in a reasonable amount of time.
