1. We were impressed with the architecture at the Emily, but the rooms and service were terrible (exception - room service from the Oro Restaurant was very good).

2. (I would say 'ok, the price was low, so I guess that's fine', EXCEPT, why have a concierge at all then?No ghost sightings, but it seems only certain floors enjoy that privilege (?) - personally glad of that.
