1. This place was built in 1924 so it clearly has been renovated very nicely to accommodate today's business and leisure traveler.

3. When one was mistakenly not available for the remaining 4 nights we needed, they graciously offered us the beautiful presidential suite plus an adjoining mini-suite/extra king bed and sleeper-sofa for the same price as the awful accommodations at the Emily Morgan.

4. We checked out the next morning and headed to the other side of Alamo Plaza, got excellent customer service and fantastic accommodations at the Menger's Hotel.
