3. Maybe put a sign to remind customers to limit their waffles, so the long line of customers would have some relieves ? Also, there was some waters in the middle of the bath tub and those waters can't go down due to the design of the bath tub, so replacing the bathtub is recommended in case it's slippery for elders ? but it's ok, no big deal for me, I just have to avoid the water (I tried to use my hands and feet to make the water go down but it goes down very litle).
