1. I give it a 3 instead of a 4 because at more than $120 per night, even considerably cheaper than onsite hotels, it still seemed a bit expensive for what you get.

3. One of the reasons that I picked this particular hotel was because it was one of the cheaper hotels on the trolley route, and the Courtyard by Marriott next door was being renovated even though they were still open.
