7. The nightly turndown service included a unique gift that surprised and pleased us both, the pool was ideal for the two of us, and everywhere we turned there was staff waiting to meet our needs with genuine smiles.

8. Large, clean, beautifully decorated, and we were exceptionally pleased to find we had the private balcony as requested (as well as a second door leading out to the shared balcony.

9. My point is, the hotel is centrally located for many of the major attractions in downtown San Antonio so I was very pleased with the location.

10. please bear in mind that this review is coming from a couple who has 'Preferred Guest' status with the Westin La Contera Resort, the Magnolia Hotels, and the San Luis Resort in Galveston, Tx.
