4. We made our way back to he lobby,and the staff was more than happy to re-accommodate us,so on the spot we were given new keys,and a new room.

5. The Omni Hotel is suppose to be a four star hotel and I was not happy with our room or rude treatment by the staff.

6. We also received a bottle of champagne and a card personally signed by the staff wishing us a happy 30th Anniversary on our first night which was a total surprise.

9. Sarah wished me a happy Birthday (now how did she know?) and said that she hoped I felt better (tipped off by my bf during the reservation booking) and told us we had been upgraded to a RiverWalk view.
