9. Taneeka, one of the front desk clerks advised they she would move us to a new room as soon as one was available because they were completely booked the night before they didn't have any rooms available right away.

10. We made our way back to he lobby,and the staff was more than happy to re-accommodate us,so on the spot we were given new keys,and a new room.
