1. one of my reasons for not giving a 5 star rating was because there was no free wi-fi in the guest rooms,the other is that they charge for everything, bottled water,business computer use , a cash bar inthe room i'm suprised they don't charge for tv, thats ok if you are there on business and charge everything to yur expense account,been there, done that ,now that I am retired I pay for everything.

5. The other reason to stay in Westin on Riverwalk in San Antonio is that they allow us to bring our dog with us.

Chris the bellman took time to explain how to get around and offered suggestions for what to see and do; Sandra the concierge was very helpful in scheduling tours and getting us reservations; Chief Schlaff was welcoming and is the reason we returned repeatedly to the Zocca Restaurant even though there were numberous eating establishments nearby.

9. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable and the service is reasonable, maybe exactly what you would expect and that is the reason I give this establishment 3 stars.

10. The real reason I'm writing this review is to commend Katelin Justice she is the biggest sweetheart and I basically fell in love with her during my stay.
