2. Where did the rights of others go? And please don't think some menial vacuuming of the room removes all of the allergens, for you can't even clean the drains?.

5. We were so pleased with this experience-from the waiter (Raul) who was welcoming and interested in us, as if we were the only customers he had, to the chefs (head chef and sous chef, Michael Ruiz) who came out of the kitchen to speak to us.

6. please be prepared to pay for parking $30 a day---parking lot located across the street from the hotel is $15 a day, but it was full when we arrived on Friday night around 7pm.

7. Each time we return to the Westin Riverwalk, we are very pleased with the consistent level of service we receive.
