2. ' A wonderful associate, Denise Brockbank, went out of her way to make sure our room had the best view, there was chocolate cake and milk brought to our room with a beautiful note, and many other nice upgrades and thoughtful touches.

3. From the time a valet greeted me when I drove up, through my 4 day stay and as the valet closed the door of my vehicle, this was the best service I've experienced in business travel as well as personal travel.
