1. The best parking is about a block away (no on-site parking available), figure about $12 - 15 daily.

2. Note that this room can be quite loud from the outside noise of traffic and pedestrians -- did not bother me, but if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the best room for you as it has several windows that might add to the noise.
