1. The bed was very comfortable, and the A/C drowned out any street noise.

8. and when I asked the hotel employee where it was, she said, 'Hmmmm, I can see the black velcro strips right there where it normally is,' pointing at the nightstand, but didn't offer to find us a white noise machine, nor apologized for it being absent.
