1. When I was checking out, a member of housekeeping staff passing by noticed me wheeling my large suitcase and he immediately ran down the corridor to help me with it to the elevator.

5. All it took was a phone call and someone was up to my room with the boxes, later helped get them to where they needed to go, and when I asked for help with a noisy air conditioning unit, the fix it guy was there within 3 minutes.
