1. Imagine my delight when, upon landing, I received a voicemail from the night security guard telling me that he had my ring and would be happy to express mail it to me.

4. One of the servers in the restaurant didn't seem too happy in their work but other than that, all the staff were fine and we had no issues whatsoever with noise, bed comfort and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

5. Last time in Salt Lake we had stayed at the Plaza hotel but they didn't have 2 rooms available so chose the Radisson and were so happy we would choose it again.

8. The room was clean and comfortable, I was very happy w/ the sleep number bed and the bedding and the bathroom I did the online check in a few days earlier since I knew I would be getting in late and they accommodated all my requests such as a single king on a high floor (11th).
