3. The heating system ( split A/C ) is noisy and the room is either too hot ( when the A/C is on ) or too cold ( when the A/C is off )We were told by the hotel management that the old A/C units are being progressively replaced for better systems.

5. I've complained to the desk and while I've received apologies and assurances that it isn't the way it is supposed to be the shuttle service never gets better.

10. We had stayed at the other Radisson closer to the airport and were very satisfied so we decided to try the one downtown since it is not that much further from the airport and offer better restaurant and activity possibilities.
