1. We were on holiday and not wearing business suits which may have been the reason, or she was simply having a bad day (having been in the hospitality management years myself, this should not have made a difference.

2. Head to the pool, they have 2, 1 is outdoor, which is part of the reason why we decided to stay here, as we knew it was going to be sunny and in the 80's.
