9. An in-room mini-coffee make is always a plus and the choice of LaVazza coffee made it even better (this seems to be standard in-room coffee choice in the Hilton's I have stayed in) The bathroom was clean, updated with plenty of new, fluffy, fresh-smelling towels.

10. He wanders back to the bar and when the person next to me asks for a menu he grabs the menu under my drink and hands it to the new patron.
