1. The ceiling fans that hang from above are completely trashed from the humidity, and the fan-blades droop from age - lovely pool atmosphere.

3. One thing I wold love to see is a coffee pot in the lobby, Angelica was kind enough to get me a hot brew saving a walk up to the 3rd floor lounge.
