1. This place has all the hallmarks of a hotel owner who is happy to milk the profits from a great location and never really invest in the hotel.

6. It was a pleasure staying - the TAP room, the original thatch, the arcades and restaurants nearby and the campus of the renowned University - the atmosphere was great.
