I don't think the rooms are bad at all,
except
the beds are hard as a rock, and the price can depend on the time and how you book the room.

It has the best location in town and the breakfasts are really good -
except
that they are not included in the room price - which tends to range form expensive ( no events in Princeton) to exploitative (events in Princeton).

The only reason anyone stays at the Nassau Inn is that it is the only option within walking distance of campus (
except
for the Peacock Inn, which tends to receive poor reviews as well).
