2. Either the carpet or the linoleum in the bathroom had recently been replaced, but I couldn`t tell which because neither was outstanding.

3. It is NOT that outstanding to be rated so highly, but it is a good enough place, just needs its rating, and price adjusted down to reflect reality so one isn't disappointed when it isn't what one expects.
