5. It's quiet and nice here; I've returned at least half a dozen times, and will continue to stay here on my frequent trips to Portland.

6. I thought, hey, Wingates are nice properties, so how bad can it be? The next night I stayed at Hampton Inn (Hilton brands are our nomal stays) and this was like a 4Seasons compared to the "dump" (doesn't even deserve the title of motel).
