7. Other than the hotel experience, the people of Portland were WONDERFUL, helpful and friendly from the fast food workers to the bus drivers.

The poor management reflects in the employees who did their best to be helpful and kind yet lacked the resources due to a cheap, flustered, too busy with the maintenance to give quality customer service, not friendly AT ALL owner who needs to find another line of work that doesn't involve customer service.
