1. The hotel itself was clean and the staff friendly and helpful we just happened on a bad roomThe bed was a sleep number which was not working so it felt like a futon, also the room was quite warm and with the window open we heard the air conditioner compressors.

2. The hotel is immaculate, (with great amenities), the front desk staff was friendly and helpfuil, parking is plentiful and secure, the shuttle to the airport was prompt and the drivers were very courteous and helpful.

3. What I most appreciated were the airport shuttle drivers, who were prompt, conscientious, and extremely nice, which is so helpful when one is tired from travel.
