1. I do not care for the American 'chain' hotels, generally; however, this one was attractive, very clean, spacious, and QUIET.

2. Upon arrival, the staff was great -- find reservation, share ID and credit card, do you need a wake-up call? what time? what time do you need the shuttle to the airport? -- all taken care of with friendliness and brisk efficiency.

5. Also, to my surprise the restaurant was very good; I don't usually care for hotel restaurants, but the Radisson's in-house restaurant was excellent, especially the salads, which I highly recommend.
