3. The rooms are clean and large, the beds are comfortable (though occasionally the sleep-number devices didn't work), the staff is courteous, the shuttle service is good, the restaurant is quite decent, & pool facilities are good.

4. Kind of like an aerobed, maybe? The sleep I got was decent, but I prefer a mattress with no wires attached.
