1. The room was large, clean and comfortably furnished, the bed more than comfortable (a dab softer than I like--although I'd sleep on concrete and call it comfortable), the bathroom bright and clean--just not with the latest chain hotel look .

2. The location is great, the staff is friendly, they have a super-cool DIY espresso machine you can use anytime and they have the extra like wine, continental breakfast, etc.
