The window was huge, with sheers and heavier black-out drapes, and the A/C worked pretty well, although you should know that there is a sensor that turns the A/C off when you leave the room and on again when you come back--this is becoming more popular in hotels, I believe, and while I appreciate the reasons, it's a good idea to close your drapes when leaving so the room (ours was west-facing) doesn't heat up too much during the day while you are out.
