1. The only better view in town is that of 'Departure' a fantastic rooftop bar and restaurant located on the roof of The Nines Hotel (definitely a must for any first time visitor to the city).

5. He also made reservations for us at Andina, a fantastic Peruvian restaurant, where we were treated like royalty, including complimentary port and sweets after dinner, and best wishes from an attentive staff for a happy anniversary.

8. Upon check-in the receptionist gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation (La Andina) and made the reservation for us; I'm not sure if it is a standard practice, but we even got complimentary of glasses of port and cookies for being guests of The Governor.
