1. The breakfast was wonderful, the bed comfortable, and the parking free.

But it also happens to be situated right in the heart of my favorite part of Stumptown, which means it's walkable in the mornings (although the rooms DO come with breakfast) to two wonderful cafes, Dragonfly (2387 NW Thurman) and Saint Honare (2335 NW Thurman) Both are great spots for lingering and people watching.
