1. Traveling with a less able bodied friend it was great to have convenient 'free' parking and luggage carts to transport our bags to our very quiet 4th floor room.

7. A great service from the hotel was that we got two tickets for the streetcar for free (maybe as a substitute for the shuttle service wchich doesn't drive in weekends when we were staying there).
