3. The room was clean and comfortable, the new LG lcd tv's were a plus, however like most hotels the in room radio left a lot to be desired, hard to tune in stations with a tinny sound.

9. The many pluses are its reasonable pricing, extremely clean rooms, new room furniture, free laundromat, free parking, decent breakfast, close proximity to the great restaurants, cafes and boutiques of 23rd Ave and closeby the Pearl District.
