1. Across the road from a light rail station - easy to and from the airport, and into downtown and attractions - half the price of downtown hotels.

2. She told us about the MAX train, which picks up right outside the hotel, and showed us all the stops that would be of interest for our family and also gave us driving directions to many attractions and restaurants.

3. The room was attractively furnished and the bed and pillows were comfortable, but despite requesting a quiet room, we found ourselves overlooking a major highway (probably the interstate).

6. Not a particularly attractive view however we requested a room in the front of the buildling to avoid the view and the train that also runs in back of the hotel.

7. I probably wouldn`t choose it for a family vacation hotel because the pool was pretty small and it isn`t very close to downtown or other Portland attractions.
